Introduction
Hello, I'm Leroy Clarke, a senior digital consultant with over 10 years of experience in enterprise sales, digital excellence, and agile delivery. My Experience

I joined Beca Limited as a Senior Digital Consultant, where I have been working for the last three years. In this role, I have been involved in various aspects of digital transformation or digital delivery, such as strategy development, workshop facilitation, digital system design, project management, and programme management. I have worked with clients from different industries, such as manufacturing, energy, mining, and transportation, and helped them improve their operational efficiency, user experience, and competitive advantage with digital solutions.
One of the most rewarding aspects of my job is that I get to apply my extensive knowledge of the asset-intensive industry and how to leverage industry 4.0 technology to optimize asset management. I have worked with clients with large and complex asset portfolios, such as power plants, factories, mines, and railways, and helped them implement asset information management and maintenance programs that reduce costs, risks, and downtime and increase performance, reliability, and safety. I have also helped them adopt industry 4.0 technology, such as IoT, cloud, and AI, to enable real-time data collection, analysis, and decision-making and to create smart and connected assets that can self-monitor, self-diagnose, and eventually self-heal.

Bid delivery: I have experience in preparing and delivering winning bids for digital projects, and I can craft compelling proposals that showcase the value proposition, the solution architecture, the delivery approach, and the risk mitigation strategies.
Digital excellence: I am passionate about digital innovation and best practices and constantly keep myself updated with the latest trends and developments in the digital domain. I can design and implement user-centric, data-driven, and scalable digital solutions.
Agile delivery: I have experience in agile project management. Programme management: I have experience in managing multiple interrelated digital transformation projects, and I can coordinate and align the objectives, deliverables, and dependencies of each project, and ensure that they are aligned with the overall programme vision and strategy.
Strategy development: I have experience in developing digital transformation strategies for my clients, and I can help them define their vision, goals, and roadmap for digital transformation, and identify the key drivers, enablers, and barriers for digital change.
Workshop facilitation: I have experience facilitating workshops with my clients and stakeholders, and I can use various techniques, such as brainstorming, SWOT analysis, value proposition canvas, and customer journey mapping, to elicit their needs, expectations, and pain points and co-create digital solutions that meet their requirements and preferences.
Deep understanding of industry 4.0 technology: I have a deep understanding of industry 4.0 technology and how to apply it to the asset-intensive industry. I can use IoT devices, such as sensors, actuators, and RFID tags, to collect and transmit data from the assets and use cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud to store and process the data.
